Wow
The quality of the accommodation and cleanliness. The high end technology of the facilities in the room.
That the name of the hotel isn't in the Google Maps listing nor the outside of the building. There's another hotel with a similar name and I accidentally left my luggage there before checking in. That's totally my error but because the name doesn't match the listing on Booking.com

Nice hotel close to the Hanok village.
The room was nice and big. The bathroom was very nice. The staff were very friendly.
The gym wasn’t open. There was no breakfast.

Exceptional
The hotel was quite fancy with helpful staff, a big comfy room, comfy shower and great shower. It was great value for money and a short walk to Jeonju Hanok Village.
A filtered water station would have been appreciated rather than bottled water. Everything else was great.

Pleasant stay
The room is spacious. Has a desantized wardrobe cupboard. The toilet seat has a sensor - when you sit on it and leave, it flush by itself.
There was a cultural Heritage event in Jeonju for the weekends when we were there. We asked the reception about it but the receptionist has no idea and didn’t bother to check on the internet. Next day, we asked another receptionist - he checked and confirmed the event is on.
